Mrs. Virginia (Santos) Matias, 68, passed away on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was born in Santiago de Puringla, La Paz, Honduras and has been living in North Brunswick for the over twenty years.
In her earlier years before becoming ill, she worked as a warehouse person for several companies. She is a homemaker.
She is predeceased by her parents Apolonio and Maria (Montoya) Santos, and leaves her legacy of family behind, her beloved husband of 20 years Mario Matias, her loving children Jhony, Jeannette and Christian, her stepchildren who were like her own, Paty, Mario, Manny, Byron and Sergio, her cherished 18 grandchildren and a new one on the way, her one great grandchild, her dear sister Bertha and a brother.
Visiting will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 5 - 9 pm. Funeral service on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the funeral home at 10 am with interment at Elmwood Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
