Miss Victoria Ponce Roncal

Victoria Ponce Roncal, 91, was born in Parco-Huancayo, Peru on July 21, 1929. She entered into eternal life on the morning or Thursday, June 17, 2021 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Having grown up in Peru, Victoria came to New Brunswick in 2000. The past few years, she has been residing with her son, Juan Carlos in North Brunswick.
Victoria worked many years as cook for the major hospital in her home town of Parco- Huancayo in the dietary food department..
She enjoyed cooking, painting, sewing, crocheting, as well as flower gardening.
Victoria is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Juan Carlos and Zoila Castellanos, her cherished grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Juan Carlos, Jr., and Grace Castellanos and her great granddaughter, Asiri Castellanos.
Visiting will be held at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ , Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 5 - 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June23, 2021 at 11 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church, 75 Morris Street, New Brunswick,, NJ. Interment will follow at Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick, NJ.
