Rafelo "Felo" Peralta, 28, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Friday, March 12, 2021. He was born and raised in New Brunswick, NJ.
He was a graduate of New Brunswick High School and attended Middlesex County College.
Felo was the manager of Mr. Subs in North Brunswick for the past nine years. On his off hours, he worked as a delivery man for DoorDash.
He is survived by his parents Rafael Peralta, of Dominican Republic and Noris Peralta, of New Brunswick, two sisters, Elva and Cherry and two brothers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 4 - 7 pm at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 11 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church, 75 Morris Street, New Brunswick, NJ. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
