Nelson Kelley, 81 of Somerset died January 10, 2022 at RWJUH, New Brunswick. Born in Vance, AL. He resided in Bessemer, AL until adulthood, soon after settled in the New Brunswick/Somerset area of New Jersey until his passing. Nelson was a mechanic most of his life providing for his beloved family and was known for working on cars and he loved a good card game.
He is survived by sons, Elmer Richardson and Keith Kelley; granddaughters, Corrie Perkins and Katlinn Plummer, siblings, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
Viewing to be held on January 19, 2022, at Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick from 5:30-7pm. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on January 24, 2022, at Eternal Life Christian Center, 322 Franklin Blvd, Somerset.
