Mrs. Maria Fermina Lopez De Gomez

Maria Fermin Lopez de Gomez, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, surrounded by a host of her family members. Born and raised in Pananao, Dominican Republic, Maria came to New Brunswick in November of 1998.
Maria was a homemaker, taking care of her husband and children, occasionally her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild. He time was taken up with being around the family and her love of cooking. Maria also enjoyed gardening her vegetables and flowers.
Maria was predeceased by her husband, Jose V. Gomez Peralta, (2021), her siblings Lida, Miguel and Mirito Lopez, her daughter, Ambrosia Gomez, leaving behind a long legacy to carry on her name, her beloved children, Aurelio, Baldemino, Patria, Gilberto, Juan, Maria A., Carlixta, Francisca Z., MariaT., Hipolito and Ceferino Gomez, her loving thirty three grandchildren and her cherished thirty five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ from 3 - 7 pm. Funeral Blessing at the funeral home at 5 pm. Interment in Cementario Municipal de El Hoyito, El Hoyito, Sajoma, Santiago, Dominican Republic.
