Margaret (Scibilia) Shortlidge, 81, formerly of Milltown and North Brunswick passed away on July 5, 2013.
She was predeceased by her husbands William Shortlidge and Nicholas Smirlis. Surviving is her beloved son Nicholas Smirlis, of North Brunswick and her stepdaughter Linda Aqua and her granddaughter Danielle Aqua. Also surviving is her sister, Nancy Cherick and her brother Carl Scibilia, her aunt Helen Spicuzza, of Florida and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Marge will be missed by her son's dogs Gizmo, Mr. Manhattan and Bugsley.
Visitation will be held at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick on Monday, July 8th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 9th at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery, Woodbridge.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Franklin Animal Shelter, DeMott Lane, Franklin, NJ, Monmouth County SPCA, 260 Wall Street, Eatontown, NJ or to a shelter of your choice
