Lois Wallace

In loving memory of Lois Wallace (74), who passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024, in North Brunswick, NJ. Lois was born January 11, 1950, to Constance Garry and John Holloway in Newark, NJ. 

Lois took care of children in her home and later became a teacher at Bethel Christian Academy in Newark, NJ until 2004. She enjoyed her family and crafting; creating beautiful event decorations and home décor pieces. Lois was a very active servant of God, through various ministries at Love of Jesus Family Church. She served as a Deaconess along with helping on the nursery, children‘s choir and as a wedding decorator. 

Lois was predeceased by her: daughter, Angel Wallace; parents, Constance Garry and John Holloway; sister, Pamela Holloway; step-father, Albert Garry; grandmother, Elsie Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Joel and Bertha Wallace; and brothers-in-law, Jimmie Wallace (Janet), George Wallace (Martha), Leonard Rowser, and Luke Rowser.

Lois leaves to cherish her memories her: husband, Alex Wallace, daughters, K’Nira Wallace and Stephanie Wallace (Colin Williams); grandchildren, Janir Wallace-Franklin, Skylar and Ariah Williams; nieces, Demetrice Holloway and Dawn De Los Reyes; nephew, Manuel De Los Reyes; brothers-in-law, James Lyles of North Carolina, and Willie Wallace of Alabama; sisters-in-law, Daisy (Wallace) Taylor of Virginia, Adrienne (Harry) Bost of North Carolina, Malelia Wallace-Cook of New Jersey, Lydia Wallace-Pound of California, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family would like to thank the hospice team along with Chaplain Mark Smith and Lucretia for being there to support and guide them during this difficult time.
