Mr. Jose Alvarado

Jose Alvarado, 61, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 after a battle with the corona virus at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Jersey. Born and raised in Honduras, Jose came to the New Brunswick area in the 1980's.
He was employed by Kids'R'Us, until the company closed a few years ago, as a truck driver. Jose then went on to become a driver for Shaw, Inc., out of Cranbury, NJ.
Jose enjoyed fishing and being outside. Loved to have a good time and was always very attentive to his grandson Uziel.
A wonderful family man, Jose will be missed by his wife Maribel Lara, his children Dania Alvarado, Jose David Alvarado, Jessica Lara and Jose S. Lara, his three grandchildren and his brother and sister in Honduras.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ from 10 am - 12 pm. A Blessing will be given at 11:45 am followed by interment at Saint Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick.
