Jesus Morales,74, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Jesus, along with his family, came to Manhattan at a young age. In 1991 he moved to New Brunswick and for the past twelve years in North Brunswick.
While working as a chef for Cabrini Medical Center, Manhattan, NY, in a full time position, Jesus also ran the elevator part time.
While at home, he enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Jess taught his sons how to play the guitar as well. He loved baseball and gave his love for the game to his sons while they were learning how to play. Jesus enjoyed fishing with his brothers. He especially loved to cook.
Jesus is well known, particularly by his fellow church members, for how well he could make his voice mimic a trumpet.
Predeceased by his parents, Modesto Morales and Maria Vega, his son Misael Morales, he is survived by his loving children Minerva Gonzalez, Maileen Morales and Misiel (Chico) Morales, his five brothers and five sisters, his cherished eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place at Iglesia De Dios, 300 Columbus Place, New Brunswick, NJ on Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 3 - 8 pm. Funeral Service on Monday, October 18, 2021 beginning at 12:30 pm. Interment to follow
at Van Liew Cemetery, Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ.
