James Louis Molnar, Jr., 84, entered into eternal life on April 26, 2015 at Jupiter Medical Center, Jupiter, Florida. Jim was born in Summit, NJ, to the late James Louis and Edith Worman Molnar of Somerset NJ. He spent his early years growing up in Central Jersey. He served in the Navy during the Korean conflict. He then met and married his first wife, the late Joan Micale Molnar Repaci. They lived and raised their 3 children in Kendall Park, NJ.
He moved to the West Palm Beach area in 1979 and has enjoyed living there for the last 36 years. While there, he met and married his 2nd wife, the late Mamie “Lee” Barry Molnar.
He had a long and successful real estate sales career, culminating at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, boating and old movies. He also enjoyed coming back to visit friends and family in NJ, especially for the Hungarian Festivals.
Jim left behind his loving family: his daughter Cheryl Elizabeth Molnar Mitchell and son-in law Charles Mitchell, sons James Louis Molnar III and John Thomas Molnar, and daughter in-law Diane Roedelbronn Molnar.
He is also survived by 6 wonderful grandchildren: Ryan, Eric, Steven, Ashley, Angela and Zachary.
The Visitation will be from 6-9PM on Thursday, April 30th and Funeral Service will be at 11AM on Friday, May 1st at Gowan/Crabiel Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ.
Jim will be laid to rest at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
