Mr. Gregorio "Golla" Jimenez, 51, passed away suddenly at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, January 17, 2019. Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, he came to the united States five years ago. He has resided in Somerville, NJ.
Gregorio worked as dishwasher for Houlihans Restaurant in Bridgewater, NJ and as a part time landscaper.
Golla enjoyed basketball and spending as much time as he could with his family.
He was predeceased by his mother, Neves Jimenez and is survived by his beloved wife Luz Sandoval Santiago, his loving children, Pablo Olivera, Blanca Olivera and Yadira Olivera, his cherished five grandchildren and his dear sister and brother, Maria Jimenez and Juan Jimenez.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 5 - 7 pm. A Blessing will be given at 6 pm by Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Pantion Municipal Cemetery, Santa Maria Zacatepec, Oaxaca, Mexico later in the week.
