Doris Lopez Roldan, 55, passed away after a brief illness at the St. Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. Born in Puebla, Mexico, Doris has been living in the Somerset-New Brunswick area for the past few years.
Doris was a food handler at the Burger King on Livingston Avenue, North Brunswick.
She is survived by her parents Juan Lopez and Margarita Roldan, her sister, Lidia and her three children Juan Carlos, Fannie and Doris, all in Mexico and her brothers Oracio and Rodrigo Lopez, both of Somerset, NJ.
A mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church, New Brunswick on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 11 am. Visitation will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 6 - 9 pm. Interment will take place upon her arrival in Mexico later this week.
