Dalida A. Torres, 64, of North Brunswick died Friday, June 6th at her residence. Born in the Dominican Republic, Dalida came to the United States in the 1980's settling in New Brunswick. She has been a resident of North Brunswick since 1999.
Dalida was a communicant at St. John the Baptist RC Church, New Brunswick and was devoted to her family. She loved to spend time and cook for all of her relatives and friends. She had been employed in the Home and Gardening industry for many years.
Daughter of the late Erasmo Jacquez and Olimpia Torres, she is survived by her son, Julio Olivero, of NYC, her daughter and son-in-law, Arelis A. Reyes and Carlos Ledesma, of North Brunswick, and her grandson, Jarvis Reyes.
A Funeral Mass will take place today, Tuesday, June 10th at 10am at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 29 Abeel Street, New Brunswick. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park Cemetery, North Brunswick. There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick.
