Bruce Howard Frank

Bruce Howard Frank passed away on Thursday August 4, 2023. 

He was a proud fourth generation New Yorker, born on May 15, 1937, in Manhattan.  He grew up in Washington Heights, raised by his mother Annette Shapiro, and his maternal grandparents Blanche and Edward Lieberman. In Washington Heights Bruce and friends: David Sager, Maxwell Morton and Roger Rodwin, forged a brotherly relationship for life. Bruce ran track and graduated from New York University with an engineering and math degree.  He then went to Boston University for a Master of Science.  It was on the streets of BU that he met the love of his life, Geri Zalvan.  They married in 1959 and lived in Brookline, MA, before moving to Framingham, MA after the birth of their children: Laurence, Andrew and Lisa. In 1968 they moved to North Brunswick, NJ, where they lived for over fifty years. 

Bruce was a management consultant, working for Sylvania, Raytheon, GE and several others before founding his own company in 1975, ALL Associates.  Through work, Bruce travelled the world. He also taught at Northeastern University, played tennis, and in the last thirty years loved playing golf.  During the past two decades, Geri and Bruce split their time between New Jersey and Florida. 

Bruce is survived by his wife, Geri, three children: Laurence, Andrew and Lisa, daughter-in-law, Tami Solomon; and five grandchildren: Tehya, Alex, Abby, Megan and Maya.

Services commemorating Bruce's life will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple, 222 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Interment  to follow at Mount Judah Cemetery, 81-14 Cypress Avenue, Ridgewood, NY.
