Barry M. Spurr, 73, of Old Bridge, NJ Passed away on December 16, 2019. Raised in Irvington, followed by studies at Rutgers, raising a family in Union, he later resided in Morganville/Old Bridge. An avid sports fan and history buff, he always spent summers with the family at Bradley Beach. Barry retired from the NJ Dept. of Health after more than three decades. Loved by all, Barry is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Spurr, children Brett & Robyn Spurr, Carrie & Adam Rakvica, grandchildren Dylan & Noah Rakvica, sister Sherry Cohen, nieces, nephews and cousins
