A viewing will take place on Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 5-7 PM at the Second Reformed Church of New Brunswick, 100 College Ave, New Brunswick. A Service will take place immediately following from 7-10 PM. Mr. Costa will return home to the Dominican Republic for Burial.
