Adeline (Zimmerman) Rosenberg, 91, passed away at Harmony Hill Nursing Facility in Maryland, on Saturday, May 25, 2013. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and had lived in Highland Park, NJ for over 50 years. In her most recent years Adeline was living in Columbia, MD.
Adeline worked for 40 plus years for the United States Government as a Keypunch Operator.
She was a very active member of the Highland Park Senior Citizens and enjoyed the Highland Park Library immensely. Adeline was a collector of antiques and coins.
Adeline was a real renaissance type person and was a very devoted family lady. She will be sadly missed by her son Richard Rosenberg and his wife Cheryl and her daughter Margaret and her husband Arthur Gold, her grandchildren David, Sarah, Zachary and Jennifer, her great grandchildren Kati and Jacob and her sister Vivian Chaimowitz..
Funeral Services will be held at Congregation Ahavas Achim, 216 South First Avenue, Highland Park, NJ. Interment to follow at Washington Cemetery, Deans, (So. Brunswick Twp.), NJ.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ.
